Building Permits

As a public service, the East Ramapo Central School District is pleased to offer the community access to our facilities for a variety of events. Building permits are issued to non-profit community organizations upon written request and availability. If you are interested in acquiring a building permit, please contact the Office of Funded Programs at (845) 577-6019. You may also download a building permit application packet from this website (please see documents below).

Please read all pages and submit requests two months prior to your event to:

East Ramapo CSD, Attn: Permits, 105 S. Madison Ave., Spring Valley, NY 10977

The following are the required documents to obtain a permit:

  • Application
  • Hold Harmless Agreement
  • Restroom Acknowledgement (must be completed when requesting use of Athletic Fields).
  • Insurance
